Shipping Policy
Orders are usually delivered within 5 to 7 days from the date of order confirmation.
For domestic shipping {within India), we charge as per actual rates.

Orders above Rs. 5,000/- enjoy free shipping.
Shipping rates for selected International Orders is calculated based on the destination country and customs procedures.

In case of any delay in shipping due to unexpected circumstances, we will notify you of this delay immediately.

Return Policy
Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of product delivery in the following cases:

The product is damaged in transit

A wrong product has been sent by our team

Product must be returned in original condition, undamaged & with tags attached.

Refund will be processed once the condition of returned product is assessed at our end.
​
All refunds will be in the form of shopping credits/coupons that can be redeemed in 90 days.
We have a NO CASH refund policy and shipping charges are not refundable.

The Customer is requested to return the package as per the below guidelines:

1) Please send an e-mail to cherishhulya@gmail.com mentioning your Order number and reason for return

2) Our team will acknowledge this request within 48 hours. Please note this request has to be raised within 2 days of product delivery

3) You are requested to self-ship the product at our address. We do not provide return-pick ups. Please return the products to the below address:

4) Please choose a reliable courier company to send the product. Package the product properly by using a strong box and bubble wrap

5) Studio HULYA will not be responsible for lost couriers or product damage during transit and customer will not be eligible for refund in such circumstances.
